Product Description

1.Pneumatic control system
Controlled by PLC instruction, A bi-directional air cylinder make the ram up or down. In case that over load occurs in the mixing chamber, the top ram can be raised automatically or manually if necessary, so as to protect motor from overload

2. Thermal resistance
There is a plug-in thermal resistance in middle section of the bottom of the chamber to be connected to electrical system to inspect and display the temperature.

3. Cooling/heating system
A common piping system is adopted for either cooling or heating material in mixing operation. Through the system cooling water or steam is fed with three ways to the cavities of the rotors blades, the jackets of the mixing chamber and the top ram.

4. Dust sealing device
At the joint between the top of the mixing chamber and the cantilevered arm of the machine frame, the dust sealing assembly with curved slotted partings are used obtaining an excellent and reliable sealing purpose. Dust collector : Available by requirement

5.Rotor
It is designed to the hollow blades of Banbury type. The hollows are connected with axial hole of rotor shaft used as cooling or heating passage. The top edges of blades. Rotor : two-wing/blade or four-wing/blade rotor Rotor surface : plated with hard chrome , and plolished treatment without any stick for rubber material The rotors adopts 42CrMo material, and surface chrome plated(thickness +0.1-0.15mm), the surface is very hard HRC52. The rotors are hollow structure, for good water cooling effect.   Easy color changing, Easy installation, operation and maintenance to lower the running cost.

6. Electric control system
This equipment possesses temperature and time control system. Accurate and easy to operate. Mixed refine operation could achieve the best result of dispersion and uniformity. Adopts international famous brand electronics and rogrammable logic controller (PLC) is adopted in the electric-control system. which has reliable control function and alarm function.All electronics and wires are well designed and rational arrayed. Interlock safety-protection function and it is provided with serial interface of net.

7.Tilting mechanism
It consists of a rotor with brake, cycloidal gear reducer, TP type worm and worm gear, etc. It is able to actuated the mixing chamber tilting by 140°around the front rotors. Feeding from back door on the frame(or separate top door) is convenient of continuous process operation in production line. The mixing chamber is able to turn forward by 140 around the front rotors to discharge. Spiral angle and over lapping length of the blades of the rotors are of reasonable design and make the materials to be dispersed uniformly.

8.Mixing chamber
It consists of a "W" shape body and two side boards made of high quality steel plates by means of extrusion forming and welding, which are jacked to take the flow of cooling water or steam. It is plated with hard chrome on its internal walls. Mixing chamber tilting type: hydraulic or motor drive The mixing chamber adopts cast steel or soud alloy steel, inside is chrome plated and polish to mirror effect. the working surface is coated with hard chromium for supper anti-abrasion. With completely sealed condition, materials are mixed or plasticized under certain pressure, which makes high production efficiency and obtains excellent stable quality.

9.Main driving system
