NO.1 Circular cutter
Usage:Circular cutter is one of the main machines to cut waste tires into rubber powder.
It is mainly used to separate the circular part from the whole tire, and is the first process
to make rubber powder and reclaimed rubber products.

NO.2 Strip cutter
Usage: Cut tires which cutted by circular cutter into strips whose width are about 30-40mm, it is the second process.

NO.3 Piece cutter
Usage: After cutting by strip cutter, tire strips will be cut into rubber piece about 35mm by
piece cutter. It is the third process.
NO.4 steel wire separator
Usage: By the press of two rollers, steel wire separator separate the steel wire from the circular. It not only separates steel wires, but also can keep the physical properties.
The reusage of rubber tires avoid the pollution of environment. It's the best equipment
to deal the circular parts of rubber tires.
NO.5 XKP-450 Rubber mill machine
Usage:It is mainly used to crush rubber piece into rubber powder. The inner of rollers are
empty which can be filled in by steam or colling water to adjust the temperature of the surface.
NO.6 Auxiliary machines of production line
Auxiliary machines contains vibrating screen, belt conveyor, magnetic separator and so on.
After crushing by rubber mill machine, we get rubber powder and granual mixed with steel
and fiber. So rubber separator separates steel and rubber and selected by magnetic separator.
This can made pure rubber powder with 10-40 meshes (the mesh of rubber powder can be selected ). Rubber powder which don't conform
to the quality we need will be sent to the rubber mill machine for further crushing. This circular
crushing process is a high tech which need no chemical materials, no waste gas, fluid and
with low cost. The effect of magnetic separator could be above 99.9%
