The use of high strength ZG35# high-quality cast steel material, its tensile and anti-wear performance is high, good toughness,high fatigue strength, long service life.Add 3 sealing rings in the cylinder cavity and add a guide ring structure to reduce the wear of the piston on the seal ring and ensure the service life of the seal ring for more than 5 years.

The upper beam and lower beam are welded as a whole structure. The height of the upper beam and lower base is determined by finite element analysis and designed according to variable section and equal strength beam,According to the mechanical model simulation analysis by experts from China University of Petroleum, the flexural modulus of the upper beam and lower base can meet the technical requirements of the equipment.

 

The hot plate is made of 45 # high quality steel and processed by heating treatment. The working surface roughness reaches Ra1.6(to meet the national standard of no mold use finish standard).The hot plate heating hole adopts deep hole drilling equipment and is formed by drilling once. Ensure uniform heating temperature. Temperature difference < ±3ºC.

 

Frame plate/Column adopts high-quality Q345 medium plate material/45#steel. After special treatment, the side plate has high tensile strength and stability to ensure its mechanical strength and durability. The whole welded structure is adopted, the optimum value of the width is determined by finite element analysis,The design is based on variable section and equal strength beam.The simulation force analysis of the mechanical model by experts of China University of Petroleum shows that the flexural modulus of the side plate can meet the technical requirements.

 

 

Automatic push-pull mold device: push-pull device includes a drag plate, guide rail, sliding plate, roller, ball screw, push and pull motor and other structures, using PLC control.

 

It is composed of electrical control cabinet, programmable controller (PLC), various sensors (temperature, hydraulic pressure, position, etc.) and signal cables, display terminal (touch screen), electric (pneumatic) valve, sound and light alarm, etc.The operation control of the equipment has two working modes, automatic and manual, which can be set on the touch screen and can be converted into each other's functions.It also has the function of automatic storage of vulcanization parameters, and the storage cycle is not less than 6 months. Data is automatically overwritten and can be exported from external memory. Multi-stage vulcanization program can be set on the screen according to user requirements.

 

Hydraulic system, It is composed of hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic station (including tank, high and low pressure pump motor, reversing valve, pressure limiting valve, pressure sensor, electric contact pressure gauge, filter, etc.) and hydraulic pipeline.It can realize low pressure fast oil supply,high pressure slow oil supply, hydraulic system pressure monitoring, and has the functions of maintaining pressure (pressure drop per hour ≤5%) and automatic pressure replenishment. The system has no plugging and leakage phenomenon, and has automatic pressure supplement and safe pressure limiting function to ensure the quality and operation reliability of the equipment.

 

Protection safety device,Emergency stop switch is arranged on the main electrical control cabinet panel . A hydraulic cylinder electromagnetic induction limit switch is arranged between the upper beam and the upper hot plate (on both sides).The opening and closing mold and vulcanization parameter abnormal sound and light alarm are set on the upper part of the main electrical control cabinet. Set up heating overheat protection device to ensure the safety of operators and equipment.
