Product Description

This machine is the single-cylinder large plate press vulcanizer series. It is mainly used in the vulcanization of various rubber products. It generally adopts frame structure with compact structure, beautiful modeling and strong clamp force. The upper template of each working position can by heated up to 180 degrees Celsius (adjustable), the lower template can control the temperature in the room temperature, which forms the effective temperature difference.

This machine has unique two-temperature working position structure and high pressure performance which are suitable for various reflective material products such as press forming of trademark light, etc.

Hydraulic Cylinder The material is QT500 or ZG270-500.QT500 is cheaper than ZG270-500. Use QT500 quality nodular cast iron can withstand 20MPa or more.



Plunger The material is a chilled alloy with a long service life.



Two sealing rings made of high quality fluororubber are placed in the cylinder to seal the machine.



Hot Plate Use 45#steel which after double scale rolling and normalizing and processing, According to the size of the hot plate, it can be divided into multiple heating zones, and each heating zone uses a temperature measuring point.



Insulation Panels  are made of calcium carbonate for better insulation., pressure ≥400kg / cm2, a thermal conductivity of 0.022W / mk, temperature of 220 ºC ~ 250 ºC, thickness δ20mm.



Hydraulic system is equipped with low-pressure pump and high-pressure pump. Used by the US company 116/237. High-pressure pump is from Shanghai, other hydraulic components production use of domestic brand Shanghai and Jianhu products to ensure quality and reliable equipment sealed. The system has safety pressure limiting devices.


Motor The brand is kaiyuan, which is famous and outstanding in motor making.



Electrical control system is mainly to control vulcanization molding and temperature of hot plate. This machine adopts three-phase four wire power supply voltage 380V,frequency 50Hz. Short circuit and overload protection device is provided, with manual and automatic two kinds of operating procedures.



PLC The brand is Seimens . Electronic control system is by PLC programmable controller, HMI, control cabinets and other components.
